Who is Doris?

Doris isn't a person - but if she were, she'd be one of us! The truth is, The Doris Project was born from the collective experiences of the Allday family. When we found ourselves in urgent need of care, we realised that the existing systems weren't designed to give us the quick, clear answers we needed.

So, we got to work.

A Family Effort

We're the Allday family - working together, as a family does, to build something we genuinely believe in. Every step of The Doris Project has been driven by the desire to make it easier for care seekers to connect with care homes quickly and simply. It's a project we developed from the heart, born out of our personal experience and passion for making a difference.

While our CEO, Neil Allday, leads the way with his years of experience and vision, the rest of us keep things moving behind the scenes. Whether it's designing how the system works, keeping things simple, or making sure people know about us - it's all hands on deck here. We're proud of what we've built, but we know it's the community of care homes and seekers who'll make it successful.

Why Doris?

Doris was a name that felt right - It's warm, familiar, and reflects the very essence of what we're trying to do. We're not a faceless company, but a family who understands the importance of care. Our goal has always been to make finding care easier, faster, and less stressful - for both seekers and homes.
